FIT ROUND MY BABY

As well as giving mums a chance to bond with their baby, post natal exercise can offer a world of benefits too. This all over body workout can be done literally holding your baby. We practise light cardio and tone most muscles in our body then finish with a stretch and some pelvic floor exercises.

We have a play area filled with toys for your little one to play in if they wish. All exercises can be adapted for if your holding your baby or not. We also have soft weights which are more than safe to be around little fingers and tare away toddlers.

BOOTCAMP 

Leave the babies at home in our adult only bootcamp class. Expect to be pushed in this circuit style class with a team of likeminded women. Expect games and challenges.

F.I.T. ROUND MY BABY BOOTCAMP

A postnatal circuit class for those ready to up the pace from F.I.T round my baby. For women with no postnatal complications and with babies from 12 weeks.

Fridays at 10am.

£8 per class (£48 for 6 weeks).
