1 – 2 – 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

These sessions are personal to the individual client. Here we will set goals and work towards them at a pace to suit you.  So whether you have a weightloss goal or you want to improve your fitness, we can find a training style to suit you. You can start from 6 weeks postnatal and bring your baby along if you want to.
