FIT ROUND MY BABY
Our 12 week postnatal plan has been designed by Pre and Postnatal experts to help new mums strengthen their whole bodies after birth. It is designed to be started as soon as 6 weeks postpartum, however we always recommend midwife sign off before embarking upon any type of exercise regime. It is a safe and importantly, a realistic workout style, tailor made for postpartum bodies. The beauty of our plan is that it can be done in the comfort of your own home, working around your baby, at time that suits you. There are 3 months worth of workouts within the plan, focusing on regaining full body strength, core strength and that all important pelvic floor after giving birth.
All the workouts are body weight and can be modified to include your baby or can be done independently. There is also a meal plan with diet advice to support you along the way.
So take some time for yourself whilst bonding with your baby today. Not only will you become physically fitter and stronger, staying active can really help our mental health. Being a new mum can make us feel overwhelmed at times and vulnerable to stress and anxiety, our plan can help to combat this, encouraging those endorphins and boosting energy levels too!
