F.I.T TO THE CORE

Circuit class using weights and a variety of equipment changed up each week to keep it fresh and fun. Training in this way will improve strength and muscular endurance. It will make you feel great and burn some series calories! Everyone welcome, we can adapt exercises to meet your own personal needs.
